Gray Online Data (GOLD) provides Gray's Agents and Insureds access to claims information over the web 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The GOLD system utilizes high security measures to ensure that customer data is protected including a firewall, passwords, and secure internet connections.  Agents and Insureds are issued an ID which allows them access to only their appropriate information.

GOLD enables the Agent and Insured to manage loss data effectively.
GOLD provides various lookups, views, and summaries and can be customized to meet their needs.

Registration and Installation Instructions:

  1. Submit a registration request using the email link above.
  2. When a GOLD Support Team member has contacted you, they will provide a user ID & password which will grant access to the installation page.
